My Tale

Hi, my name is Bertie,

I am Schnauzer and I am 9 years old.

I was dumped at the local shelter as I was no longer wanted.

I went to the Animal Sanctuary as I needed so special TLC as
I had bad teeth and a sore lump on my side.

I have been to the animal hospital and have had lots of
loves and cuddles and I now feel so good.

I am not sore anymore and I feel like a new dog.

My human mum says I am now ready to find my perfect forever
home.

I love to go on walks, and I am learning that cuddles are nice.

My mum says I would do well with someone who has time to
show me what real love is as I deserve the best in my retirement.

I think I am a great guard dog and will bark when strangers
come to the door to let people know I am there, but that’s my job done for the
day.

Please if you can offer me a great home, lots of walks and
loves I will love to meet you.
