My Tale

We are hoping for a bit of a miracle. LUCY and BLOSSOM need a new home, and we would love it if they could stay together. Can you help?

Lucy – approx. 3 years old

Lucy is a beautiful white American bulldog x who loves to sleep in front of the fire or in the sun. 

Lucy loves her big walks and adventures to the river; she is a very keen swimmer. 

Lucy absolutely loves kids and if she is given the chance will snuggle up with them on the bed. 

Lucy is house trained and she thrives on attention. Lucy likes to chase balls and play any game. She is just a big loveable goof ball. 

Lucy knows sit and wait for food and will sit on command, she will also shake paws with you.

Lucy does need an owner who is experienced with her breed, she is big strong dog.

She is not the sort of dog you can take to the dog park as she gets agitated with unknown dogs. Lucy is currently living with another dog who has become her best friend.

She has a high prey drive for cats, rabbits etc. so not suited to a home with these types of pets.

BLOSSOM – 2 year old mixed breed, about medium size

She loves her adventures as well. 

She is good with kids and awesome around other dogs. Blossom loves the dog park it is her happy place. Unlike Lucy Blossom is not a fan of water.

She is crate (she loves her crate) and toilet trained. 

She is a timid and shy girl who needs time to come out of her shell. She is an extremely nervous dog when it comes to men due to no fault of her own. Blossom will play once she gets to know and trust you.

Blossom needs some positive training to help build up her confidence

High prey drive, so not suited to a home with cats etc 

We would love to be keep these two beautiful and amazing dogs together if at all possible please don’t let the downsides put you off because once you meet Lucy I can guarantee you will fall in love instantly.
