My Tale

Hi there I’m a really shy guy who has come from a very abusive relationship as my dad used to beat me and if I escaped form my chain he would beat me when he found me So I guess I’m a lucky boy in a way as my foster Mumma said she couldn’t resist saving me as she knew I’d be the most loving guy if someone would just show me some love and respect I’m a mixed breed boy estimated to be about 18months old ! I have a great recall because I always get cuddles now when my Foster mum calls me so why wouldn’t a guy run straight to a human when they are called if they know they are going to get some cuddles ! I’m a very timid guy as I’m still working out if all humans are as kind as they are at my foster home ! I live with lots of other doggies small and large and I like to socialise and get along with all of them as I really don’t like conflict! I am still learning about life in general I love this freedom of having a nice warm crate to sleep in and a lovely area to run around in alongside cats ,ducks ,cows and piggies.It’s so much fun I will need some reassuring when I find my people, however my foster mum says I’m ready to find my forever family as I just love my cuddles with my new human foster family! I am pretty good at following basic commands and have got my head around having that lead attached to my collar but I’m actually able to walk with my human and they aren’t using that big long lead to tie me up to a kennel And leave me there ! So why wouldn’t Inwamt to go for a walk on a lead with a lovely human. Im a quite guy I don’t really bark much I like to observe some of my more rowdy colleagues and normally I just sit in the background and chill out because life has taken a huge turn around now and my foster Mum says that this is how it should always be , humans caring for us doggies So if you are reading this and you think I might be just the type of guy you want in your life Im your man! Id love to meet you so come up and visit me and my buddies in Waipu where Im fostered Oh yeah Im desexed microchipped registered and vaccinated so clean bill of health. Look forward to meeting you.
