My Tale

Hi I’m Gia! My foster fam like to call me Gigi but I’m not fussed either way. I’ve come far from the ruff start I had in the South Waikato where I endured less than optimal living conditions, I’ve left the shy / timid / damaged wee girl behind when I was rescued thanks to the awesome people at SH I am now confident with other dogs, I love to play and I love companionship. My foster parents have way too many dogs for my liking, I want to be number one on the pat and cuddle list 100% of the time so if you like the look of me I’d prefer less of a pack life and maybe just one brother or sister to share the cuddles and affection with.

I am a medium/large size woofer & fairly high energy so do like a good run around with my mates but I sleep through the night well crated or not and during the day when my foster fam are doing the mahi I’m pretty cool hanging with the lads talking shop & chewing on some toys , I love balls particularly!
