My Tale

These 2 must be homed together.  We will not consider splitting them up, please be understanding. 

Knox 6 years – Lab X (sausage dog)

Knox has been a much-loved family pet since we got him form the SPCA 6 years ago. He has grown up with our 2 boys and been a relaxed family pet, Knox is happy to sleep and eat all day and loves going for a daily walk.  Knox knows his name and to sit and stay but does not really understand that cats are your friends not something to chase so would be best suited to a cat fee home.  Ideal situation would be a fully fenced family environment in a suburban area, Knox and his brother Kingston are well loved and adored family pets but, due to us recently moving to a rural property the dogs have decided that escaping and chasing sheep is a hobby and the neighbouring farmers would certainly prefer they found an alternate hobby!

Kingston 3 years – Sharpie X Ridgeback

Kingston is another rescue dog that has been with us for nearly four years.  Kingston is a large friendly dog who did not have the best start and is therefore very nervous and is hesitant with new people.  Kingston loves a cuddle and to be reassured but he is most comfortable when hanging out with Knox.  These two are inseparable so need to stay together.  We have had both puppy trained and also one on one training, weekly doggy day care visits plus private pack walkers there whole life, so this has really helped Kingston to where he is today.

Both dogs are micro – chipped, and neutered all vaccinations are up to date and also completed a recent vet check before they find their new home.  This is a very tough decision, but farm life just does not work with these two beautiful dogs, so we deeply reluctantly need to find them a new forever home.
