My Tale

Hi My name is Kupa. I’m approx 5months old and am a huntaway/catahoula mix. I am what my mum calls a Saving Hope special in other words “one very handsome dude”.

Mum says that when I came to her I was very scared and so unsure of everything but with lots of patience, love and my big fur brother (Kobi) I have slowly learnt that the world is not all bad. I’ve mastered the commands sit and wait – even when my favourite thing in the whole world is involved ie. food. Mum is very impressed with my toilet skills and I am very good at going toilet on command so I think I deserve a high 5 baby. I go everywhere with mum and am known as the “top office dog”cause I make everyone’s day at her work. I walk well on my lead and always love to check in with you. I sit patiently at cafes and am not adverse to the odd crumb you may want to throw my way. New situations still make me nervous but if you promise to take things slow with me, I promise I will give things a go. I am fully vaccinated which includes the jab for kennel cough. All I need now is someone to love me and preferably an older dog. Please be my family. Fostered in Pt Chev.
