Fostered 8 km north of Kaukapakapa – 35 km from Albany with Paul and Niki.

Loving gentle girl.  Loves tummy rubs and loads of pats.

Current weight 8.1 kg – I may be a big soft girl…….

Hi I’m Opa, I’m a sweet gentle girl, I love males and trust them. I’m cautious around females, my foster mum thinks I may have had a bad experience with a young female. I would suit a male household. I need you to be home for most of the day till I get a bit older. I love snuggles especially in bed with my foster mum and dad. I stay really still so I can snuggle for longer.

Current environment Foster mum and dad, 5 adult rescue dogs, 10 chickens and 3 roosters. (3 acres and loads of room to explore).

Opa is getting more confident every day, she’s coming to puppy- great recall.  Exploring her environment.  Plays well with all of the dogs, Has learnt that the chickens are part of the family and she is great with them, she now watches them, no chasing.  Starting to understand fetch with a tennis ball.  Learning to be patient when fed and with rewards.  Every day she is more confident and so sweet. Opa is learning where the door is to go outside, Goes on the bath mat by the door when she cant get outside. Opa is a very soft and sweet girl, she is very intelligent and loves to be busy and interested. Opa is excellent with our 8 year old grandaughter. Cautious with new people – after a belly rub she is anyone’s best friend.
