Peppa

Peppa is approximately 12 weeks old and is of unknown breeding but I expect she will grow to be a medium – large dog. She is an energetic, friendly girl and has loved every human she has encountered with me so far. She proved herself to be good with children as my niece and nephew (6 and 8 years) interacted easily with her, even picked her up with no complaints from Peppa – just kisses!

Peppa has started on basic commands and has nearly got sit sorted and is in the process of learning down and to walk on the lead. She is a high energy pup who likes to think most commands mean to jump up for hugs! She respects being told in firm voice to settle down but I expect will be the type to need plenty of exercise and firm boundaries.

Peppa interacts well with her 2 sisters and with my 2 boy dogs most of the time. However she occasionally shows unsociable behaviour and she is prone to barking when she sees dogs/people she doesn’t know, so will need a person that is willing to work on this and socialise her a lot. We do not have any other animals so can not comment on how she would interact with cats, livestock etc but I’m sure with the correct introductions she would be fine.

Peppa is doing exceptionally well with her toilet training and will almost always take herself outside to go toilet if the door is open and is also crate trained.

Peppa would suit someone with an active lifestyle, firm boundaries and lots of love!
