The day has come! Sony is on the look out for her forever retirement home ? .
Sony is 9 years old desexed microchipped and registered.

She was an owner surrender. Her health issues needed immediate vet care and fulltime nursing which they couldn’t provide and asked us to take Sony.

Sony is a love bug !!Loves her humans very affectionate and is always by your side or napping in the sun. She’s a real character has many hilarious habits that u can’t help but laugh at like her talking foot yes she taps you with her foot when she has demands haha she just loves being social when she’s out walking she’ll say hello to all her fans along the way,She’s a really good girl and everyone who meets her falls in loves with her character and always comments on how gorgeous she is.

Sony needs to be an inside dog not too many steps/stairs she needs easy access to gardens and any areas she will use daily.
I would definitely say she’s not the guard dog type she’d just lick them lol
Sony only requires two short walks a day as she has arthritis but she will try to convince you she can walk along way.

Sony’s needs someone home with her most of the day so a retired person or someone able to take her to work or work from home would be be most suited to her needs. Financially stable just because she does need regular check ups for her health issues and would really benefit from some type of a acupuncture for her arthritis there’s a lady we can recommend in Auckland. 

Sadly Sony does come with a few issues
she’s on medication and 2 for life so in terms of vet care she’d probably need a vet visit every 3 months due to some old health issues that went untreated for so long she’s got long term issues.
Sony also comes with socialising issues (fear aggression of dogs ) but these issues I believe can be handled if you are willing to put in the work and training.
Her foster family walk her with there dog and she’s fine but she doesn’t like off lead dogs approaching her she gets so frightened and panics! So definitely no off lead dogs parks or areas where dogs are off lead.
Sadly most dogs who have been through hard times suffer from these issues above and need help to change/manage this behaviour with some sort of in house training which we can possibly help with.

*She has been fostered with a well trained dog and a naughty cat lol ?but have kept them separate or in controlled situations where Sony is on a lead or behind a kiddy gate. 

Ideal new family/person would own there home but might consider renting situation.
