My Tale

Sookie is a nearly 2 yr old red heeler x bull terrier female….we rescued Sookie originally. Shes a lovely dog, little shy especially around meeting new people but is quick to warm up to them. Sookie is not so comfortable around kids  however she lives with me and my daughter. Sookie will do best in a home with either a single person or a couple that has lots of time for her. She is quite strong when she goes out for walks so some further training will be best. Shes good around the baby goat we have at the moment but shes no good around horses she just wants to chase them and im not sure what shes like around cattle or other livestock. She is good with other dogs her best mates a 7 mnth old rottie, cats she’s too excited around she doesnt hurt them she just wants to play….

 Location is Ruakaka northland
